任职要求/岗位职责

此职位为我保险公司正式的内部销售岗位员工编制,与公司签订劳动合同,依法购买社保公积金并享有其他商业保险等福利。岗位职责:1.培训、辅导和协助银行内部销售人员销售我公司产品; 2.与所辖业务区内银行各层级进行沟通、协调; 3.参与策划、推动业务区内对银行的宣传、激励活动,反馈进展与结果; 4.收取银行销售产品的投保单证交返公司; 5.协助办理公司与银行业务相关方面手续; 6.按照公司要求服从日常管理,做好工作分析和总结。 任职要求: 1.大专或以上学历,金融经济类或市场营销类专业优先; 2.两年以上销售经验,有保险从业经验者优先; 3.正直、有责任感、沉稳、独立意识强; 4.具备较强的协调、沟通、分析问题和解决问题的能力。 5.持有保险从业资格证。此岗位考虑综合素质的应届毕业生,金融、保险、营销专业者优先。

Generali China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (GCL), founded in 2002 as a joint venture between Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Generali) and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), was the first Sino-foreign joint venture insurer approved by Chinese Government after China joined the World trade Organization. At present, the registered capital of GCL is RMB 3.3 billion yuan. Its total assets are nearly RMB 40 billion yuan, making GCL the largest joint venture life insurer in China.
Generali has 180 years of experience in the insurance industry, having been founded in Italy in 1831. As one of the largest insurance groups and top asset managers in the world, Generali has insurance and financial operations in 68 countries and regions worldwide. CNPC is Chinas largest oil and gas producer and supplier, as well as one of the worlds major oilfield service providers and a globally reputed contractor in engineering construction.
