We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will: Being responsible for initiating, implementing and assisting Senior BRCM & Regulatory Compliance RBWM Manager and Regional Managers in RBB related. Monitor the RBB on-boarding and operation model to ensure compliance of internal and external requirements and work as an advisory role to the business when necessary. Liaise with platform & CNQ BRCM functions to ensure effective implementation of RBB on-boarding and operation model meeting RBWM strategy in China. Working proactively with 2nd line of defence for RBB related issue/incident management and to ensure the immediate follow-ups for material RBB events. Implement the RCA (Risk Control Assessment) and ICMP (internal Control Monitor Plan) according to the FIM’s requirements and ensure the timeliness as well as the accuracy of the testing results for RBB related. Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of a management information, analysis and reporting framework that supports and informs timely and effective RBB business management and decision making at all levels. Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, related or equivalent field is required At least five years proven and progressive relevant working experience, having SME (small and medium enterprise) banking experience will be a plus.
