任职要求/岗位职责

ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Assuming a leading role in attending to existing customers banking needs, in actively explore new business leads, and in ution and closing of deals, under well planned and uted account strategies；

· Able to push through credit approvals and close deals independently；

· Grow client portfolio under a team marketing strategy；

· Actively contribute to team marketing strategies and facilitate achieving such via teamwork and role-modelling；

· Co-work with product partners to maximize coverage depth and product offering width, and contribute to the improvement of banking products and services via active market surveillance and feedbacks；

· Co-work with Operation, compliance, Risk and other relevant functions to ensure transactional smoothness, compliance, and a healthy risk profile of portfolio；

· Back up the team head when needed.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 3 years in corporate banking and client relationship management

· Proactive and with a good sense of responsibility

· Good inter-personal skills and a team player, but able to work independently

· Thorough understanding of corporate banking products, knowledge on capital markets products will be a plus

· Good credit sense and judgement

· Able to work under pressure

· Flexible to travel

· A quick learner and adaptive to change
